I started following Hannah on Instagram and tried a couple challenges. When the app came out I decided to try it out. I love her and her classes! She has creative and fiery flows but balances it out. I just finished the spinal flow and it felt amazing. Last night, I tried the sleep meditation and it put me right to sleep. I have never tried listening to a meditation before going to sleep but I loved it! I love Hannah’s energy and what she offers! Highly recommended app for yoga! I can’t wait for her book to come out.

The app is super user friendly and instead of forcing you to buy a package before finding out what the app and classes are like, there are free classes. I love that I can begin my yoga experience with a friendly face! As a beginner, it’s scary to start yoga because I’ve always felt like I don’t know what I’m doing but I feel a lot more comfortable with Hannah walking me through it!

I have been practicing yoga for two years and tried some other yoga apps. I haven’t purchased it yet because I am doing the free challenge Yoga Habit right now. I am in love with her classes, a lot of creativity and new modifications and poses, the pace is spot on, not to slow not to fast. Hannah is an excellent teacher, very clear and she explains everything. I will definitely purchase this app when I finish the free challenge.

Hanna’s yoga has been a day brightener for me each day. I look forward to doing the challenges every morning and sometimes take another of her classes in the evening. The set up of the challenges is very motivating. Hannah does a great job of describing why your body should be positioned in certain ways throughout the movement. I have learned a lot from her yoga philosophy. Her creative flows are much appreciated and are a major reason I look forward to yoga every time I get on my mat.

Today I tried my first 25 minute energizing flow and it was amazing! As I laid down for shavasana, Hannah prompts “I hope you feel the energy coursing through your body” and I SO did!! The connections Hannah made as cues but also to bring me back to my connection to my body, which is the focus of the practice itself, were great! During the practice one of my thoughts were “I cannot wait to keep practicing with Hannah”! Thank you so much for creating this app with intention to help us all help ourselves and each other!

I have no idea how I came to know about Hannah Barrett Yoga, but I love it. She’s so relatable and down to earth and encourages listening to your body instead of trying to make your yoga practice look a certain way. I also learned something that was a huge game changer for me and my injury prone shoulder, and that is to dial out your hands in plank/down dog, etc. That was huge for me in terms of stability and shoulder protection, and in YEARS of doing yoga, I have never once heard about that one small change and it changes everything! Thank you Hannah!

This app contains so many different flows and drills so there’s something for every aspect of your practice. If you need a longer flow that targets the whole body, it’s there, and if you need shorter, more focused flows, they are available as well. There are also meditations and positive energy reminders. Also included is her awesome Rock the Block challenges that are so much fun. This app is such a great resource for anyone who wants to practice yoga at home because it’s like you’re taking a class with Hannah but in the comfort of your home and on your schedule.

I started with Hannah’s 10 day challenge through Wanderlust and was impressed with her attention to correct body mechanics while moving through the poses. Each class is about a half hour long which fits my schedule well and leaves me feeling aligned, stretching and strengthening my whole body. I’m doing her 28 day challenge now and can already see results in my strength and balance. My core is becoming more defined too, yay! Hannah is a personable and experienced teacher and I really enjoy her mini meditations at the end of class. This app is one I can stick with, building a stong foundation and challenging me to improve with each class.
